He had to stay in Chittagong's Imperial Hospital for two days due to the head injury during practice. But the news of relief is that Mostafiz has been taken to Dhaka from the hospital. In an official press release, Comilla Victorians informed the matter by quoting team physio SM Zahidul Islam.
In that statement, Mustafiz was given a CT scan for the second time last night. BCB doctor and neuro surgeon were also consulted. Mustafiz got permission to fly by plane from them.
After that he was taken from Imperial Hospital in Chittagong to Team Hotel in Dhaka. Comilla said the progress of his wound healing is also good. The dressing will be continued for the next three days. After seeing the neurosurgeon again on February 23, he will tell what to do next.
Mostafiz was returning to his mark by bowling Liton Das in practice last Sunday. That's when Matthew Ford's shot hit the pacer's head. Immediately he fell on the ground, blood also came out. Then Mustafiz was taken to the hospital by ambulance.
